Socacize Xpress - IV Style

Socacize Xpress is a 30 minute workout for beginners. Come dance and sweat to some sweet Soca music! Created with exercises and dance moves to encourage you to take an active part in enjoying movement for the day. It's even more fun in the Inspired Vibrations space with a bit of IV flair!

With this purchase, you will get a 50 minute private session which includes 30 minutes Socacize Xpress with 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after. 

A zoom link will be shared and up to 10 attendees can join the session.
