In the Sync To Self sessions, you have the opportunity to really connect with your body and your spirit.

It's is your chance to move and groove exactly how you need to. Here, you will not be judged and you are allowed to show up just as you are. 

With this purchase, you get a 20 minute Sync To Self session with 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after. 

The zoom link will be sent to you at a pre-arranged date and there will be 10 attendees permitted.
